Dup\u0103 sosirea \u00een \u021bar\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 solicita\u021bi un permis de \u0219edere rom\u00e2nesc cu cel pu\u021bin 30 de zile \u00eenainte de expirarea vizei, deci \u00een primele 60 de zile de \u0219edere legal\u0103. Dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219i\u021bi durata vizei, pute\u021bi primi o amend\u0103.<\/span><\/div>\n\t<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u0218i dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti durata pentru o perioad\u0103 foarte lung\u0103 de timp, s-ar putea s\u0103 ajungi deportat sau, \u00een unele cazuri, s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi fie interzis s\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103tore\u0219ti \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u00een viitor.<\/span><\/div>\n\t<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n\t<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Este viza diferit\u0103 de permisul de \u0219edere?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n\t<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Da<\/strong><\/span> Viza v\u0103 ofer\u0103 \u00een mod normal dreptul de a intra \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne aici pentru o perioad\u0103 limitat\u0103 de timp, \u00een acest caz maxim 3 luni. Dar dac\u0103 dori\u021bi s\u0103 locui\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia pentru o perioad\u0103 mai lung\u0103 de timp sau chiar s\u0103 lucra\u021bi aici, ave\u021bi nevoie de un permis de \u0219edere valabil. Deci, primul pas este s\u0103 solicita\u021bi o viz\u0103 \u00een \u021bara \u00een care locui\u021bi, pentru a intra \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u00een mod legal. \u0218i dac\u0103 dori\u021bi s\u0103 continua\u021bi s\u0103 locui\u021bi aici, al doilea pas obligatoriu este s\u0103 solicita\u021bi un permis de \u0219edere rom\u00e2nesc la Inspectoratul General pentru Imigr\u0103ri dup\u0103 sosirea \u00een \u021bar\u0103.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Pentru a ob\u021bine o viz\u0103 de lung\u0103 \u0219edere pentru angajare, trebuie s\u0103 prezenta\u021bi urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">o copie a avizului de angajare, emis de Inspectoratul General pentru Imigr\u0103ri sau, dup\u0103 caz, documente care s\u0103 ateste c\u0103 solicitantul se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een categoriile de cet\u0103\u021beni str\u0103ini care pot fi angaja\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 aviz de angajare;<\/span><\/li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">dovada mijloacelor de existen\u021b\u0103 la nivelul salariului minim brut garantat pentru \u00eentreaga perioad\u0103 \u00eenscris\u0103 \u00een viz\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">certificat de cazier judiciar sau alt document cu aceea\u0219i valoare legal\u0103, emis de autorit\u0103\u021bile statului de domiciliu sau de re\u0219edin\u021b\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">asigurare medical\u0103 pe durata valabilit\u0103\u021bii vizei;<\/span><\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Urm\u0103toarele categorii de str\u0103ini pot fi angaja\u021bi sau pot lucra pentru persoane fizice sau juridice din Rom\u00e2nia f\u0103r\u0103 o notificare de angajare:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">a) str\u0103inii al c\u0103ror acces liber pe pia\u021ba muncii din Rom\u00e2nia este stabilit prin tratate \u00eencheiate de Rom\u00e2nia cu alte state;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">b) str\u0103inii care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219oare activit\u0103\u021bi didactice, \u0219tiin\u021bifice sau alte categorii de activit\u0103\u021bi specifice cu caracter temporar \u00een institu\u021bii acreditate sau autorizate provizoriu din Rom\u00e2nia, pe baza unor acorduri bilaterale sau \u00een calitate de titulari ai unui drept de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bilor de cercetare \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 , \u0219i personalul cu calificare special\u0103, \u00een baza ordinului ministrului educa\u021biei na\u021bionale, precum \u0219i str\u0103inii care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi artistice \u00een institu\u021biile culturale din Rom\u00e2nia, \u00een baza ordinului ministrului culturii;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">c) str\u0103inii care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219oare pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei activit\u0103\u021bi temporare solicitate de ministere sau alte autorit\u0103\u021bi ale administra\u021biei publice centrale sau locale sau de autorit\u0103\u021bile administrative autonome;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">d) str\u0103inii care sunt numi\u021bi \u00een conducerea unei filiale, reprezentan\u021be sau sucursale pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei a unei companii care \u00ee\u0219i are sediul \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate, \u00een conformitate cu documentele prev\u0103zute de legisla\u021bia rom\u00e2n\u0103, care dovedesc acest lucru;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">e) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere pe termen lung pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">f) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 pentru reunificarea familiei ca membri ai familiei unui cet\u0103\u021bean rom\u00e2n;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">g) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 pentru studii;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">h) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 acordat conform prevederilor art. 130 din Ordonan\u021ba de urgen\u021b\u0103 a Guvernului nr. 194\/2002, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">i) str\u0103inii, titularii unui permis de \u0219edere temporar valabil, acordat \u00een scopul re\u00eentregirii familiei, care s-au bucurat anterior de un drept de \u0219edere pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei ca membri de familie ai unui cet\u0103\u021bean rom\u00e2n \u0219i care se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-una din situa\u021biile prev\u0103zute art\u0103. 64 alin. (2) din Ordonan\u021ba de urgen\u021b\u0103 a Guvernului nr. 194\/2002, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">j) str\u0103inii care au dob\u00e2ndit o form\u0103 de protec\u021bie \u00een Rom\u00e2nia;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">k) solicitan\u021bii de azil de la data la care au dreptul de a primi acces pe pia\u021ba muncii conform Legii nr. 122\/2006 privind azilul \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, dac\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een procedura de determinare a unei forme de protec\u021bie;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">l) str\u0103inii tolera\u021bi, \u00een perioada \u00een care li s-a acordat toleran\u021ba de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">m) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 \u00een scopuri de munc\u0103, angaja\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia cu contract individual de munc\u0103 cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, pentru angajare cu un alt angajator, cu contract individual de munc\u0103 cu jum\u0103tate de norm\u0103, cu ore de lucru de p\u00e2n\u0103 la patru ore pe zi;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">n) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 pentru studii pot fi angaja\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia f\u0103r\u0103 o notificare de angajare numai cu un contract individual de munc\u0103 cu frac\u021biune de norm\u0103 cu un timp maxim de lucru de patru ore pe zi;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">o) str\u0103inii care de\u021bin dreptul de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 pentru activit\u0103\u021bi religioase s\u0103 fie angaja\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, \u00een cadrul unit\u0103\u021bilor religioase.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">p) cet\u0103\u021benii Republicii Moldova, Ucrainei \u0219i Republicii Serbia angaja\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia cu un contract individual de munc\u0103 cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, pentru o perioad\u0103 maxim\u0103 de 9 luni \u00eentr-un an calendaristic.<\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t            <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Consultancy and assistance Do you have a question?
